🌸 Board of Directors
The heart and leadership behind Compassion Connection of Texas are represented by a small but mighty team of individuals whose compassion, integrity, and dedication inspire every program we offer. Each member brings unique strengths, life experience, and heartfelt commitment to helping families heal with hope.

Because no one should feel alone — friendship and compassion, one call at a time.

1 Corinthians 16:14 – “Let all that you do be done in love.”

Meet Our Founder — Sally Blessing

With a passion for helping others since the age of 14, Sally has dedicated her life to service. Her experience as a trauma nurse and medic opened her heart to people in pain, isolation, and fear — and inspired her to reach them with compassion and grace.

Through her own personal journey — overcoming challenges, raising three children, and caring for others in difficult times — Sally discovered her true calling: to bring comfort to those who feel alone.

At the end of her father’s life, there were moments she couldn’t always be there. From that pain came purpose — the vision for Compassion Companion, a ministry dedicated to ensuring no one feels forgotten or unseen.

“This program was born from love — for my daddy, for my community, and for the God who calls us to care for one another.” — Sally Blessing
